Machine Learning Engineer
Design, train, and deploy ML models that solve real business problems. You will work across the full lifecycle — from data exploration and feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Build and fine-tune ML models for client use cases (NLP, forecasting, classification)
- Collaborate with clients to understand data and define success metrics
- Deploy models to production and set up monitoring pipelines
- Contribute to internal tooling and reusable ML components
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on ML experience (Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, bias, and production considerations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Excellent communication — you can explain model behavior to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases)
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Data Analyst
Turn raw data into clear, actionable insights for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their questions, explore their data, and build dashboards and reports that drive real decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client datasets to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Build dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights clearly
- Define and track KPIs in collaboration with client teams
- Support ML engineers with data preparation and feature analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years of data analysis experience
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
Nice to Have
- Experience with statistical modeling or A/B testing
- Familiarity with dbt or data pipeline tools
- Background in a specific industry (retail, finance, logistics)
AI Solutions Consultant
Be the bridge between our technical team and our clients. You will help businesses understand where AI can create value, scope projects, and ensure that what we build actually solves the problem it was designed to solve.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery conversations with prospective and existing clients
- Translate business challenges into clear technical requirements
- Manage project delivery and client communication throughout engagements
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
Requirements
- 3+ years in a consulting, solutions engineering, or client-facing technical role
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (you do not need to code, but you need to understand what is possible)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at a technology consulting firm
- Exposure to process automation or data analytics projects
- Telugu or Hindi language skills
Content & Marketing Specialist
Help us tell the story of practical AI — through blog posts, case studies, social content, and more. You will work closely with our technical team to translate complex ideas into content that resonates with business decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership content
- Manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Develop email newsletters and nurture sequences
- Collaborate with the team to identify content opportunities from client work
Requirements
- Strong writing skills — clear, direct, and free of jargon
- Genuine interest in technology and AI (you do not need to be technical)
- Experience creating B2B content for a technology or services company
- Self-directed — you can manage your own time and deadlines
Nice to Have
- SEO knowledge and experience with content strategy
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
- Experience writing for an Indian or South Asian audience
